The Society for Applied Spectroscopy Member Discounts

In addition to receiving Applied Spectroscopy, the Spectrum Newsletter, and the annual Membership Directory with their membership, Society members may take advantage of discounts on select journals of interest to spectroscopists, and books from certain publishers or suppliers. Click the "Discounts" tab to the left to see what is available. 

Members also receive discounted rates for SAS meetings and reduced fees for SAS short courses at the meetings. In addition, members receive the much anticipated invitation to the Society for Applied Spectroscopy Wine and Cheese Awards Reception at FACSS meetings.

The Employment Listings 

Society members may browse job listings, post resumes and apply for jobs for free. Employers can list their position for a fee. Click on the navigation bar or the link below to access the employment page.

Student Members 

Student can request that their vita information be posted on the web cite. The student may use the Society's web cite address to communicate with perspective employers/ Similarly, employers and people looking for post-doctoral assistants can examine student qualifications. The Student Members section of the web has links to the Employment listings and links to request the their vita to be posted, or changed.
