Internal Reflection Spectroscopy I: Effect of Angle of Incidence Change
Volume 22, Number 6 (Dec. 1968) Page 782-784
Wilks, Paul A.
One of the variables in internal reflection spectroscopy is the angle of incidence on the reflecting surface. Varying the angle may (1) improve spectral quality, (2) change the beam penetration within the sample, and (3) change the number of reflections, thus changing total absorbance.
