Regular*/Regular Online: SAS membership for those over five years in their career

Student*/Student Online: SAS membership for undergraduate and graduate students in pursuit of a degree (special student only benefits included)

Early Career*/Early Career Online: SAS membership for an early career scientist defined as any spectroscopist who has graduated with their terminal degree (bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree) within the last ten years. Members of this category will receive special early career benefits and membership in the Early Career Interest Group.
